I’m just disappointed in Burt Bee’s quality control, and this obviously isn’t the first time this has happened with this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Formula changed, now it doesn’t work. Formula has changed and it doesn’t work anymore. This product used to be amazing! Blemishes gone overnight! Not anymore. Wish I knew what ingredients were taken out so I could find something else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Faulty roller I LOVE this stuff. I’ve been using it for years and it’s the best thing I’ve ever found for when my skin breaks out. However, the latest batch I ordered is having the same problem as the previous reviewer: neither ball dispenser of the 2 bottles I bought will roll without force, and neither of them dispense any product. The only way I’ve been able to use them at all (so at least I can *some* use) is to pry the plastic roller contraption completely off the bottle and dip in a Q-tip. This is not good because then the product inside can get contaminated. I don’t know when the roller design changed but I’m not going to buy any more if I can’t use it :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great product but unavailable in QUébec what gives Burts?? i cant buy this stick anywhere in Québec! it was my go-to product for on the spot treament. i do believe the formula has changed a bit, texture and smell were different last time i bought one. do bring it back in the Quebec market please!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Packaging Issues Love the product but there are serious packaging issues. When I buy this online, often receive a bottle only 2/3 full. No sign of leaking out during shipping, appears contents have evaporated which means bottles aren't sealed well. When buy in a store, usually see several bottles on the shelf also 2/3 full. Today opened a full bottle & the roller wouldn't roll. Tried to roll it on my hand, as I could roll it harder there than on my face, but still wouldn't roll. Only could get it to roll by pushing it forcefully w/my thumb but even after that, the roller didn't loosen up enough so that I could use it on my face. Had to throw out the entire bottle. Please improve the packaging.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the same product, total disappointment They changed the formula. I hate when this company does this, which is why I don't use Burt's Bees rarely at all. I buy a product that I love and use it, then they change the formula and it absolutely sucks after that. The company did that to shampoo and conditioner I used to buy, also to lip products and a face product. Now this product has changed. No where near as effective as it used to be. Plus it now leaves a weird oily residue on my face and makes the pimples worse. Clogs pores. So frustrating. Why would someone want to change a product that was super effective to something that is not?! Total disappointment.
