Rated 5 out of 5 by from Subtly sweet I love that a little goes a long way and that the scent is pleasant but not overpowering

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Has changed? I used to love, really love the older version of this cream which had lots of beeswax, honey and other natural emollients! The new formula just doesn’t do anything!’What is magnesium aluminum salt doing in the natural brand creams? It is so frustrating that the company is not reading reviews and is discontinuing its best products like the Tomato Toner, moisturizing day cream, Baby bee skin cream, Evening Primrose Overnight cream in the cute glass jar, etc!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate the new formula My entire family was loyal to the prior formula of ‘Honey & Grapeseed’ for over a decade and purchased in bulk on a regular basis. That loyalty ended when, to our dismay, we noticed the new formula was thin, watery, and required double the amount to achieve noticeably reduced moisturizing effects. Even then, the new formula simply does not compare to the former recipe. Shrinkflation occurs in ingredients used for products as well as with sizing, y’all. We have sadly opted for a better product that offers the richness previously provided by ‘Honey & Grapeseed’ —not gonna lie, we are bitter!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I’m addicted to the subtle fragrance! A friend gave me a Burt’s Bees gift basket and this hand cream was my favorite product! I absolutely love the smell and found the cream gentle and quickly absorbed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s ok I’m late in the game according to the other reviews. I don’t know what the old formula was like. This does help my hands but it’s very greasy feeling after rubbing into hands awhile. I always have to get a paper towel and wipe my palms and side of my fingers, otherwise I’ll have hand and fingerprints over everything I touch. One reviewer said they shouldn’t have “bees” in the name because it doesn’t contain beeswax anymore, but one of the ingredients still is honey so I think that supports keeping the “bees” in the name lol. As a working man this does help my hands it seems when they start cracking and getting painful. Especially around the front corner edge of my thumbs and index fingers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from There is soybean oil! I have had this hand cream for a long time and recently I found out I am allergic to soy. SOY IS IN PRACTICALLY ALL OF THE BURT’S BEES PRODUCTS! I am very disappointed. I have also used Burt’s Bees chapstick before and it caused a very painful rash on my lips (because of the soybean oil in it).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please bring back old formula with beeswax!! I would pay whatever it costs to get the old formula back!! This new formula doesn’t work anywhere near as good as the old formula! It does not contain beeswax and is nothing like the original. I am so bummed out about this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Twas better before reformulation As a lot of your customers have stated this hand cream WAS Superior before the reformulation that reduced the amount of grapeseed oil among other changes. Would you please, please, please consider going back to that formulation?? It is good now - but NOT the powerhouse wonderful product that it used to be. Previously, I purchased it for everyone I knew!!! Now - I don't gift it.... :-(
