I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the new formula and fragrance... We compared our older bottle (which is almost empty) with the new one and WOW the ingredients are so different... Please bring back the old formula! I'm really not sure why you would change this / your formulations.. corporate greed, cheaper manufacturing... either way, 0/10. As someone that prefers clean ingredients, I will be looking for more natural alternatives...

The new formula smells awful and the texture of the cream is thick. Please go back to the original formula. I will not buy or recommend this product again if it stays with this new formula.

I'll go with the others and say, the first time I bought this, like 3 years ago, I fell in love with the smell and the feeling it left on the skin. It still kinda does a good job, but I was instantly disapointed from my 2-3 last purchases as the smell is very decieving and I'm not quite sure the feeling on the skin is the same as it was before.. Like almost everybody is saying, why don't you just go back to the former formula EVERYONE loved!?

Now it's got the texture of mayonnaise and smells like chemicals. This used to be a company you could trust. Now it's just a faceless corporation that swaps in industrial oil for natural ingredients. Sorry to say. I'd LOVE to see a response to these negative reviews from Burt's that actually addressed the concerns rather than "we're sorry you're so stupid that you don't like our product, please call us".
